How to Apply
Responsibilities:
Supervise all mixing operations at the LMP
Perform quality assurance of the mud mixed at the LMP
Perform quality assurance of the Cuttings treated by the TDU
Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations at the LMP.
Working closely with Fluids, cement & Waste Supervisor.
Communicate and help coordinate activity between the LMP/TDU and Operations team (rig pad) and the Customer.
Comply with all Company HSE, Quality and Security requirements.
Ensure that Company and Contractor HSE standards are respected by the individuals executing the Fluids & Waste contract.
Ensure that Fluids mixing procedures is available, understood and agreed by personnel involved.
Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations at the LMP.
Working closely with Fluids, cement & Waste Supervisor.
Communicate and help coordinate activity between the LMP/TDU and Operations team (rig pad) and the Customer.
Comply with all Company HSE, Quality and Security requirements.
Ensure that Company and Contractor HSE standards are respected by the individuals executing the Fluids & Waste contract.
Ensure that Fluids mixing procedures is available, understood and agreed by personnel involved.
Ensure that the TDU is run as expected.
Perform quality assurance (chemicals, equipment, lab, procedures).
Control logistics and inventory management at LMP, Cross check the stock received and sent to the rigs pad (products and materials).
Control logistics of Cutting waste transport
Experience:
2-3 years of relevant Fluids, Cement and Cuttings waste management experiences in the Oil & gas industry with experience in supervisory role
Relevant experiences on Mud mixing and Cuttings Waste management.
Very good interpersonal skills and decision making.
