Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide in-class and withdrawal support to students with identified learning needs
- Work closely with subject teachers and the Learning Support Coordinator to implement individualised support plans
- Assist students in accessing the curriculum through differentiated approaches and adaptive materials
- Monitor and record student progress and report to the Learning Support Coordinator
- Support the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Liaise with parents and caregivers as required under the guidance of senior staff
- Participate in relevant training and professional development activities
