Learning Support Assistants (3 Positions)

• Provide in-class and withdrawal support to students with identified learning needs
• Work closely with subject teachers and the Learning Support Coordinator to implement individualised support plans
• Assist students in accessing the curriculum through differentiated approaches and adaptive materials
• Monitor and record student progress and report to the Learning Support Coordinator
• Support the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Liaise with parents and caregivers as required under the guidance of senior staff
• Participate in relevant training and professional development activities

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree or Diploma in Special Needs Education, Education Psychology, or a related field
• Experience working with students with learning difficulties or diverse educational needs
• Knowledge of inclusive education practices and differentiated learning strategies
