Job Description

The Lead Generator is responsible for identifying and meeting customer needs through the proactive selling and cross-selling of consumer lending products, generating high-quality leads, and ensuring compliance with KYC and AML regulations.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and meet customer needs by selling and cross-selling consumer lending products to meet targets.
  • Provide direct sales support through quality lead generation and effective follow-up to convert leads into sales.
  • Ensure the correctness of completed application forms in accordance with Bank policies.
  • Comply with Operational risk requirements, including KYC and anti-money laundering regulations.
  • Provide timely customer service and resolve queries or complaints within established service level agreements.
  • Build relationships with internal units like Operations and Credit for quick turnaround on applications.
  • Participate in assigned learning and development trainings for personal development.
  • Agree on and meet annual performance objectives and specific sales targets with the line manager.
