Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lease & Agreement Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of rental agreements, including drafting, execution, and proactive management of renewals to prevent site disruptions.
- Financial Compliance: Ensure 100% on-time payout of rents and utility reimbursements, maintaining high credibility with property owners.
- Landlord Relations: Act as the single point of contact for landlords to resolve day-to-day issues, grievances, or access concerns across the distributed network.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Person Specifications / Qualifications:
- Property/Estate Management: 8-10 years of experience in property management, real estate operations, or site acquisition/maintenance.
- Contract Administration: Extensive experience in managing complex lease portfolios and legal documentation in a high-growth environment.
- Bachelor's Degree: In Real Estate Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
