Mantana Lodges is looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Steward to support kitchen operations at one of their safari lodges.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks
- Ensure proper waste disposal and sanitation
- Help maintain high hygiene and food safety standards
