Description (Public)
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks
- Ensure proper waste disposal and sanitation
- Help maintain high hygiene and food safety standards
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
- Must be willing to live and work in a remote camp/lodge setting
- Hardworking, reliable, and disciplined
- Experience in hospitality or kitchen work is an added advantage
