Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with international and regional hotel chains across multiple properties
- Develop new business opportunities while understanding hotel brand standards and procurement requirements
- Promote hospitality supplies, including linen, amenities, tableware, kitchen accessories and OS&E
- Manage RFQs, quotations, product approvals, orders and special import requirements
- Build relationships with hotel management, procurement teams and key decision-makers
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management or business development
- Proven track record in account acquisition, sales growth and achieving targets
- Experience in hospitality, hotel supplies, HORECA, FMCG or facilities management is an advantage
- Good knowledge of the Kenyan market preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong client relationship management, negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage senior decision-makers and independently manage key accounts
- Strong commercial awareness, planning, reporting and follow-up skills
