Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for basic user inquiries under supervision
- Follow detailed procedures for troubleshooting hardware, software and user errors
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level technicians and update users
- Log essential details in the ticketing system to improve documentation
- Adhere to service desk policies, processes and guidelines
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
- Recent graduate or final-year student in IT, computer science or a related field
- Basic understanding of hardware, software and service desk operations
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail in documenting tickets
- Eagerness to learn in a high-performing environment
