• Maintain accurate financial records including daily transactions, invoices, receipts and payments.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, expense reports and monthly financial summaries.
• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring and financial reporting.
• Prepare and submit statutory tax returns accurately and on time in line with URA requirements.
• Maintain tax records and support tax reconciliations and audits.
• Assist with export-related tax documentation including VAT treatment.
• Record and reconcile multi-currency transactions and account for foreign exchange gains and losses.
• Track and reconcile export-related expenses such as freight, packaging, handling, clearing and transport.
• Prepare invoices, follow up overdue receivables and process supplier invoices.
• Reconcile customer and supplier accounts.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (Accounting) or a related field.
• At least 1 to 2 years' relevant accounting experience, preferably in agriculture, export trade or logistics.
• Practical knowledge of URA tax filing procedures and statutory compliance.
• Understanding of foreign currency transactions and basic international trade accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks or Tally.
