Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company computers, printers, servers, networks and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to employees.
- Maintain the company website, email systems and other digital platforms.
- Install, configure and update software, operating systems and security applications.
- Monitor network performance and internet connectivity.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Ensure data backup and security procedures are followed.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in IT support, networking and systems administration.
Skills & Competencies:
- Hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Network and server administration.
- Website and email administration.
- Security and backup discipline.
