KaziConnect is seeking a skilled IT Officer to manage and maintain technology infrastructure, support end-users, and ensure smooth IT operations across the organisation.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Manage and maintain IT systems, networks, and hardware
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to staff
Ensure data security, backup, and system integrity
Install, configure, and update software and hardware
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues
Maintain IT documentation and asset registers

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 2 years' experience in IT support or systems administration
Experience with networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting

Skills & Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
