About The Role
As an IT Manager, you will oversee the institution’s IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of systems, networks, and security. You will lead a team, implement new technologies, and ensure our digital assets align with organizational goals.

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A professional certification (such as Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Certified, or ITIL) is an added advantage.
Experience: 5 – 10 years in IT management, system administration, or network security.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of German is an added advantage.
Age Requirement: Must be between 30 – 50 years.
Technical & Leadership Skills:
Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
Experience with cloud computing and enterprise systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and maintain IT systems efficiently.
Strong team leadership and communication skills.
God-fearing, with high integrity and ethical work standards.
