Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide IT support across the organization
- Assist with network and system maintenance
- Support hardware and software troubleshooting
- Learn and assist with ICT operations
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Fresh graduates within the last 2 years
- Skills in IT or have undertaken an IT-related course
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
Skills & Competencies:
- Eagerness to learn
- Problem-solving mindset
- Basic IT troubleshooting skills
