How to Apply
Identify and pursue sales opportunities for irrigation and water pumping systems.
Design and size irrigation systems (drip, sprinkler, centre pivot, etc.) based on client needs and field conditions.
Design and size solar water pumping systems, including PV arrays, pumps, and control gear.
Prepare detailed designs, drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities for water infrastructure projects.
Conduct site visits, demonstrations, and customer training sessions.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental sustainability.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to achieve project objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and partners.
To provide excellent customer service to all our customers.
Prepare and submit weekly sales reports.
Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.
Provide after-sales technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Water Resources Engineering, Agricultural Engineering or a related field
At least 3 years’ experience in irrigation system design and sales.
Strong technical knowledge of irrigation systems and components, pumping systems and water management systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, EPANET and irrigation design software.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
