Investment Analyst

• Conduct in-depth investment research and analysis on equities, fixed income, and other asset classes.
• Monitor and analyse financial markets, economic trends, and sector developments relevant to the portfolio.
• Prepare investment research reports, financial models, and valuation analyses to support investment decisions.
• Assist in portfolio construction, rebalancing, and performance attribution analysis.
• Track and report on portfolio performance against benchmarks and investment mandates.
• Support the preparation of client investment reports, presentations, and fund fact sheets.
• Assist in due diligence processes for new investment opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with investment policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks.
• Collaborate with the investment team to develop and refine investment strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, or any related field.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA are desirable.
• A postgraduate qualification (e.g., MSc in Finance or a related field) is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in investment analysis, financial research, or portfolio management.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to build and interpret financial models.
• Good understanding of capital markets, investment instruments, and portfolio management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and sound investment judgement.
• High level of integrity and professional ethics.
