Job Description
To provide IT support, systems administration, and technical services at NARO.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to NARO staff and research institutes
- Administer networks, servers, and IT systems
- Maintain hardware, software, and IT infrastructure
- Support enterprise applications and database systems
- Ensure data backups and system security
- Assist in IT procurement and asset management
