Job Description
Interns will engage in real-time IT tasks such as troubleshooting, software updates, systems analysis, and support to technical teams. They will work on URA's digital infrastructure including tax administration systems and cybersecurity.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in system maintenance and upgrades
Support helpdesk operations
Work with database and security teams
Document IT processes and issues
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Pursuing degree in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering
Technical troubleshooting skills
Programming knowledge is an added advantage
Good teamwork and communication
