Impact Division Chief of Staff

The Impact Division Chief of Staff supports the Chief Impact Officer in advancing the organisation's impact strategy by improving coordination across workstreams and extending the reach of division leadership.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Lead annual development of OKRs aligned to the impact strategy and monitor progress against the strategic plan
Ensure fluid collaboration between technical support teams and operational teams through clear work plans
Conduct regular prioritisation reviews with division leadership to focus on the most important problems
Lead strategic research, communications or operational initiatives on behalf of the Chief Impact Officer
Prepare materials and briefings for leadership and governance forums

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Relevant degree plus substantial experience in strategy, programme management or chief-of-staff roles
Exceptional strategic thinking, writing and communication skills
Experience coordinating multiple workstreams in a fast-moving organisation
Strong stakeholder management across senior teams
Comfort with data, planning tools and performance tracking
