Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, shortlisting, interviews and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate staff files, contracts and leave records.
- Support payroll preparation, attendance tracking and statutory deductions.
- Handle employee relations matters and escalate grievances appropriately.
- Organise training and development activities with department heads.
- Ensure compliance with Rwandan labour law and hotel policies.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business or a related field.
- At least 3 years of HR experience, hospitality experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Rwandan labour law and payroll processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
