How to Apply
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
Manage employee relations, performance appraisals, and compliance.
Ensure HR policies adhere to labour laws and best practices.
Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
Postgraduate qualification in HR (an added advantage).
At least 4 years of experience in a busy corporate HR department.
