Job Description
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a trusted advisor to functional leaders, translating business needs into HR solutions and ensuring effective delivery of HR value propositions. Responsibilities include manpower planning, talent identification and deployment, facilitation of the performance management cycle, and capability development in partnership with HR Centers of Excellence. The role will drive engagement and culture-change initiatives, advise on employee relations (ER) matters, and ensure timely resolution of welfare issues. The HRBP will manage HR data accuracy, provide analytics and reports on key HR indices, steward organizational design updates, and submit accurate payroll inputs. The position requires strong influencing skills, problem-solving ability, and cross-functional collaboration within a matrix environment.

How to Apply
Align functional HR strategy with business strategy; consult leaders on best-fit HR solutions.
Represent HR subject matter experts within the function; ensure timely communication on HR activities and issues.
Headcount & Talent Management
Lead manpower planning aligned to functional plans.
Champion talent identification, deployment, and succession within the function.
Facilitate the performance management process end-to-end.
Liaise with Talent Development/Engagement to build capability and performance.
Employee Engagement & Organizational Development
Implement OD and engagement interventions (e.g., skip-level meetings, town halls, recognition programs).
Drive culture-change initiatives and monitor engagement action plans.
Champion implementation of corporate HR initiatives within the function.
Employee Relations
Advise line managers on talent, performance, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
Guide stakeholders through corrective actions and grievance handling; synchronize cross-departmental collaboration.
Ensure welfare issues are resolved within agreed timelines.
HR Information Management & Analytics
Maintain functional structures consistent with headcount and org design policies.
Ensure accuracy of employee records and provide required HR reports/analytics and audit inputs.
Submit accurate payroll inputs (e.g., relocations, promotions, overtime).
Education: First degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Accounting, Engineering, or related field. Professional certification (CIPMN/CIPD/SHRM) desirable.
Experience: 8–10 years’ HR experience in a multinational environment in a generalist/HRBP role.
Technical/Functional Skills: Organizational development, performance management, employee relations, manpower planning; strong HR data/analytics capability.
Core Competencies: Business acumen, problem solving, influencing and negotiation, interpersonal savvy, stakeholder management, ability to manage multiple projects, teamwork, and effective communication in a matrix environment.
