Job Title: Human Resources & Management Officer
We are seeking a HR and Management Officer to join our team in Kampala. Applicants with diverse professional backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Duties include:
Human Resources: facilitating staff appraisals, keeping staff records, liaison with branch managers, managing/minuting HR meetings
Meeting organization: recording management meeting discussions and decisions, action item follow-up, liaison with branch managers
Record-keeping and admin, e.g. updating of asset inventories
Managing contractors & problem solving e.g. IT, company communication systems, data and archives
The position is open to both Ugandan nationals and expats.
