Job Description
Job title: Human Resource Officer
No of posts: (1)
Reports to: Acting Human Resource Manager
Duty Station: Sango Bay (OSBL)
The Human Resource Officer will support the implementation of HR policies and procedures while ensuring effective management of employee relations, recruitment, staff welfare, and performance management within the organization.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation activities.
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of HR information.
- Support performance management and staff development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations matters and workplace disciplinary procedures.
- Assist in payroll coordination and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
- Promote employee welfare, safety, and engagement programs.
- Prepare HR reports and support management in administrative tasks.
