Human Resource Officer

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation activities.
• Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of HR information.
• Support performance management and staff development initiatives.
• Handle employee relations matters and workplace disciplinary procedures.
• Assist in payroll coordination and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
• Promote employee welfare, safety, and engagement programs.
• Prepare HR reports and support management in administrative tasks.

Education, Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
