Job Description
Ramex Petroleum is seeking a competent and results-oriented Human Resource Manager to join their dynamic team. The role is responsible for overseeing all HR functions and ensuring effective management of human resources within the organization to support its expanding downstream operations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
- Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and staff retention
- Oversee employee relations and workplace discipline
- Coordinate staff performance management and appraisal systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Manage training, development, and employee welfare programs
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Advise management on HR-related matters and organizational development
