Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Organisation: Paint and Sip Uganda

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes. This includes managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The goal is to promote a positive workplace culture and support strategic business goals through effective people management.
