Job Description
The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in various tasks and projects to gain hands-on experience in HR operations. This position is designed to provide exposure to the various facets of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, training, and other administrative functions.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
Onboarding:
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Ensure new hire paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Assist in conducting orientation sessions for new employees.
Employee Relations:
- Assist in handling employee inquiries and concerns.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment.
Training and Development:
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs.
- Support the development of training materials and resources.
- Help track employee training and development activities.
HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documents.
- Support various HR projects as assigned.
