Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Support performance management processes and appraisals.
- Coordinate learning and development programmes and track participation.
- Handle HR operations and administration including records and documentation.
- Support employee relations and compliance with Uganda labour laws.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.
- Close HR operational requests on time and follow up across departments.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Human Resource Management.
- CHRP certificate.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Knowledge of Uganda labour laws and employment regulations is highly preferred.
- Professional HR certification is an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
