Job Title: HR Business Partner

Purpose of the Role

The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic partner to business leadership and the HR team, ensuring alignment between HR practices and UBL’s business goals. The role involves providing strategic HR advisory, driving talent management, organisational development, performance management, culture change, and ensuring the company’s people agenda supports its manufacturing, growth and sustainability ambitions.
