AGRICADO FARMS (U) LTD is recruiting and looking to strengthen its team on the farm by recruiting an HR Administrator. Are you a seasoned HR professional, enjoy working in the agro-industry and meet the following criteria please apply!
The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of various HR functions. This role involves handling employee records, recruitment, benefits administration, payroll, and maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.

How to Apply
Employee Records Management:
Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies regarding employee documentation.
Prepare and maintain files related to personnel, benefits, and performance.
Recruitment Support:
Assist in posting job vacancies and screening applications.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation for new hires.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
Assist in processing payroll and ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
Assist with the preparation of reports related to employee attendance, performance, and other HR metrics.
Help maintain HR compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Training and Development:
Assist with the coordination of training sessions and employee development programs.
Track training and certification records.
General HR Support:
Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees.
Support HR initiatives and projects as required.
Handle administrative tasks such as preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining HR documents.
Employee Engagement:
Assist in organizing employee events, wellness programs, and other activities to promote a positive work environment.

Degree in Human Resources or related field
3 years minimum working experience in similar role (within a farming industry is an added advantage).
Effective communication, interpersonal & organizational skills
In depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Competency to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Knowledge of HR systems & databases
Proficient in MS office ( Excel , Word )
