The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all guest rooms and common areas, ensuring guests experience the highest level of detail and luxury.

How to Apply
Guest Room Cleaning:
Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms according to established standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, wiping down surfaces, and replenishing amenities.
Attend to specific guest requests regarding room setup, including special arrangements for honeymoon suites or VIP guests.
Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues and report them promptly.
Reception and Guest Service:
Welcome guests and facilitate check-in and check-out services.
Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns regarding cleanliness.
Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Provide information about residence amenities and services as needed.
Linen and Laundry Management:
Collect soiled linens and towels from guest rooms.
Sort and deliver linens to the laundry department.
Ensure proper linen inventory levels in guest rooms.
Public Area Cleaning:
Clean and maintain common areas such as the lobby, hallways, stairs, elevators, and guest lounges.
Dust decorative items and furniture.
Polish surfaces and maintain the overall aesthetic of public spaces.
Attention to Detail:
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation in all areas, adhering to the residence’s unique style and decor.
Regularly inspect rooms and public spaces for cleanliness and tidiness.

Cleaning Expertise: Proven experience in housekeeping with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and techniques.

Ability to communicate in English.
Teamwork:
