Elite Jobs Rwanda is recruiting a smart, presentable and professional Hostess on behalf of a confidential hospitality client in Kabuga, Gasabo, Kigali, to welcome and assist guests and deliver excellent customer service.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally
Assist guests with seating and general inquiries
Maintain a friendly and professional attitude
Ensure guests receive excellent customer service
Coordinate with other staff to support smooth operations
Maintain a neat and presentable appearance

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Previous hospitality experience is an advantage

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and interpersonal skills
Friendly, welcoming personality
Teamwork and ability to remain calm under pressure
