• Help apply and embed a consistent partnership governance framework across the organisation.
• Analyse partner performance trends to identify risks, opportunities and improvement areas.
• Coordinate governance reviews, forums and follow-ups with internal teams and external partners.
• Work with regional and functional teams to apply global partnership standards locally.
• Support implementation of partnership operating models and process improvement or automation initiatives.
• Maintain oversight of partnership activities so issues are surfaced early and managed appropriately.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, operations or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• About 5 years of experience in healthcare insurance operations, provider relations or partnership operations.
• Solid understanding of how healthcare providers, insurers or third-party administrators work together.
• Experience working across multicultural or international environments.
