Head of Programs

• Provide technical and administrative line management for project and program coordinators
• Manage full project and program life cycle in line with approved designs, budgets and timelines
• Develop and implement monitoring systems to track deliverables
• Prepare contractual reports in line with approved templates
• Maintain effective donor communication and stakeholder relationships
• Identify and build relationships with potential donors
• Lead development of project proposals for funding opportunities
• Participate in senior leadership forums and strategy development

Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Management, Development Studies or relevant field
• 10 years experience in program management within an I/NGO or development organization
• Five years in a management role
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-sectoral programs
• Experience working with institutional donors
