• Provide strategic financial leadership and governance oversight across the organisation and its affiliated business units.
• Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and management accounts.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis across all business operations.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, banking relationships and working capital.
• Ensure full tax and statutory compliance, including timely KRA filings and remittances.
• Design and maintain internal controls and risk management frameworks that deliver clean audit outcomes.
• Support tendering, commercial negotiations and project costing for new business.
• Guide business development decisions with financial modelling and investment appraisal.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• CPA (K) qualification is mandatory and active ICPAK membership is required.
• ACCA, CIMA, CFA, corporate governance or risk management certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in a multi-business environment is preferred.
• Strong command of financial reporting standards, tax law and audit processes.
