Job Title: Head of Commercial Production and Events
Organisation: Next Media

Reports to: General Manager, Production
The Head of Commercial Production and Events is solely responsible for overseeing all commercial productions and ideation initiatives under Next Production. This role includes managing the end-to-end production of commercial content and leading the planning and execution of events. The objective is to develop engaging, impactful, and innovative productions that align with client objectives and enhance brand visibility.

Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial production, event management, or related fields.
Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale productions and events with a successful track record.
Strong understanding of the media production landscape and best practices for commercial content.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
