Educational Background:
Degree:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is highly advantageous.
Experience:
Professional Experience:
10-15 years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically in card and payments management.
Extensive experience in leadership roles with a track record of managing large teams and complex projects.
Proven experience in product development, innovation, and management within the payments industry.
Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including card networks, payment gateways, and digital payment solutions.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to payments and card services.
Technical Skills:
Payments and Card Systems:
In-depth knowledge of payment processing systems, card issuing, and acquiring services.
Familiarity with emerging payment technologies such as mobile payments, blockchain, and cryptocurrency.
Product Development and Management:
Strong skills in developing, launching, and managing payment products and services.
Experience with customer segmentation, product lifecycle management, and market analysis.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Proficiency in data analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with business intelligence tools and CRM systems.
