Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate grass tractors and heavy mowing machines on the farm and surrounding fields.
- Carry out routine checks and basic maintenance on the tractor and mowing equipment.
- Follow safety procedures when operating machinery and report any faults promptly.
- Keep simple records of work done, fuel use and machine condition.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid driving permit Class G.
- At least 2 years' experience using the same type of tractor or heavy mowing machines.
Skills & Competencies:
- Safe machinery operation.
- Basic machine maintenance and fault reporting.
- Reliability and attention to safety.
