The Graphic Designer prepares print-ready artwork and operates large format printing machines to deliver banners, signage, stickers and packaging on time and at quality.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Operate large format printing machines for banners, posters, stickers, signage and roll-up banners
Prepare and check print files for dimensions, resolution, colours and quality before production
Set up machines, load materials and adjust print settings to job requirements
Monitor printing and maintain consistent quality, colour accuracy and material alignment
Coordinate with design and finishing teams to complete jobs correctly and on time
Keep records of materials used, completed jobs and production waste
Report machine faults, maintenance needs and material shortages to management

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

2 to 5 years of experience in graphic design and print production
Technical school, college, HND, bachelor's or higher qualification
Proficiency in advertising and graphic creation
Good level of English
Strong team management abilities and communication skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines
