About the dfcu Graduate Trainee Program
The dfcu Bank Graduate Trainee Program is a structured two-year Program that provides participants with hands-on experience across various departments within the Bank. The program is designed to develop a team of talented individuals who are passionate about changing lives and businesses in Uganda.
The Program allows young graduates to gain firsthand experience working on core Banking operations and projects, solve real-world problems, build life skills working alongside industry experts and clients in Uganda’s public and private sectors in our specialized sectors, build lasting relationships, training, mentoring, and career guidance opportunities through which you will discover your passion. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Law, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecom Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Commerce, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Human Resources and any other relevant degree.
Maximum two (2) years post-graduation.
