Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Receive and receipt cash and mobile money payments from customers.
- Reconcile daily collections and prepare cash reports for the supervisor.
- Issue invoices and maintain accurate sales and payment records.
- Support stock and sales documentation at the branch.
- Handle customer enquiries on payments and account balances.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
- Must be 25 years of age or below.
- Must have graduated within the last 12 months.
- Willing to undergo a background check and provide supporting documentation.
Skills & Competencies:
- Numeracy and accuracy.
- Record keeping.
- Customer care.
- Honesty and reliability.
