Graduate Supply Chain Trainee

• Support the Supply Chain team in day-to-day procurement and logistics operations
• Assist with inventory management and ensure minimum stock levels are maintained
• Support fleet coordination and vehicle scheduling for the Jinja office
• Assist with vendor management and contract administration tasks
• Prepare purchase requisitions, LPOs, and procurement documentation
• Maintain accurate records of all supply chain transactions
• Progressively develop technical and professional competencies in supply chain management

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years' experience in supply chain or procurement
• Personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ; alignment with Water Mission's Statement of Faith
• Legal authorization to work in Uganda without sponsorship

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and develop in supply chain operations
• Willingness to reside in Jinja
