Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Complete structured workplace apprenticeship rotations in assigned business areas.
- Take part in in-person workshops, virtual learning and self-paced online courses.
- Work in one of the programme streams: fleet supervision and automotive mechanics, sales and business development, or administration, finance and accounting.
- Apply practical business experience on live tasks and projects under supervision.
- Participate in mentorship sessions and performance reviews.
- Build technical competence, business understanding and practical skills.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Fresh graduate with a degree or diploma from a recognised institution.
- Graduated recently and available for the full 2026/2027 programme.
- Access to a smartphone and/or laptop for the virtual learning components.
Skills & Competencies:
- Competence and practical technical ability.
- Character and strong professional work ethic.

- Resilience and willingness to learn.
