• Develop and drive OPM's strategy for growing its portfolio of work with philanthropic foundations.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of foundation opportunities from first engagement to conversion.
• Establish and sustain trusted relationships with senior decision makers inside priority foundations.
• Strengthen OPM's value proposition for foundation funders and position OPM as a trusted global partner.
• Work with the Research and Evidence Practice Lead and senior colleagues on organisational strategy and business development.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in international development, public policy, social sciences or a related field.
• Senior level experience in partnerships, business development or programme leadership with institutional funders.
• Demonstrated success securing and managing funding from philanthropic foundations.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strategic thinking, influencing and relationship building with senior stakeholders.
• Strong written communication and proposal development skills.
• Commercial judgement and pipeline management.
