How to Apply
As the GM- Sales and Marketing you will:
Supervise the Sales and Marketing managers
Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, customer acquisition. and revenue growth.
Lead a high-performing marketing team and oversee brand management for Sumz and other products.
Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital. social media. events. etc.) to maximize ROI.
Conduct market research, analyze trends. and use data-driven insights to inform decisions.
Track and report on KPIs to measure sales and marketing success.
Coordinate effectively with other functions (Finance. HR. IT, Procurement. Manufacturing and Operations) to achieve business goals
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Revenue Growth
Market Share expansion
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Achieve a 5:1 Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI)
Brand Awareness
Lead Generation & Conversion Rates
Customer Retention Rate
Digital Engagement (website traffic, CTR, social media)
Campaign ROI
A degree in Marketing, Business. or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of marketing experience. with 5+ years in FMCG/food industry leadership.
Proven success in brand management digital marketing. and campaign execution,
Strong analytical. leadership. and communication skills
Proficiency in CRM, Google Analytics, arc social media tools.
Technical Competences
Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing
Strong analytical. organizational. and creative thinking skills
Excellent communication. interpersonal and customer service skits
Knowledge of Data analysis and report writing
The ability to understand and follow company policy and procedures
