As we rapidly expand, we are looking for dedicated and reliable Delivery Personnel to join our growing team.
Job Description:
As a GAEAT Delivery Personnel, you will play a crucial role in delivering food and drinks from various restaurants and liquor stores to customers across Kampala. You will ensure that orders are delivered in a timely, professional manner, contributing to the exceptional service that GAEAT provides.

How to Apply
Pick up food and drinks from designated restaurants and liquor stores.
Verify that orders are correct and complete before departure.
Use the GAEAT app to navigate to customer locations efficiently.
Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
Collect payments from customers, if required.
Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
Communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service.
Follow traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
Adhere to GAEAT’s delivery policies and procedures.
Report any issues or concerns to the team leader or manager.

Requirements:
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong knowledge of Kampala and surrounding areas.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Good communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy items when necessary.
Must own a smartphone with a data plan.
Previous experience in food or beverage delivery is a plus, but not required.
Working Conditions:
Flexible working hours with shift options.
Delivery routes primarily within Kampala and surrounding areas.
Delivery Personnel will use their own vehicle (motorcycle or bicycle).
Payments for deliveries are made the following working day.
