Job Title: Front Office Manager

The Front Office Manager (FOM) is responsible for directing and coordinating all front office activities to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient operations. This role supervises reception, reservations, guest services, concierge, bell desk, and night audit teams. The FOM ensures excellent service delivery, optimizes room revenue, and upholds Sarovar’s high standards of hospitality.
