Front Desk Executive (1 position)

Location: Kampala

Industry: Transport (Ride – Booking App)

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers to the office.

  • Answer and route phone calls professionally and efficiently.

  • Handle inquiries and provide information about the company’s services.

  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and appointment management.

  • Receive and distribute mail and packages.

  • Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.

  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
