TMT Supermarket is hiring Fresh Produce Attendants to manage and sell fresh fruits and vegetables in its produce department.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Receive, sort, clean and display fresh fruits and vegetables.
Monitor freshness and remove damaged or spoiled produce promptly.
Rotate stock (first in, first out) and maintain correct pricing and labeling.
Serve and advise customers on produce selection.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the produce section.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of O-Level Certificate (UCE) or equivalent for operational roles; Diploma or relevant qualification for supervisors and data entrants.
Prior experience in retail, supermarket floor operations or customer service is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

High level of integrity, good communication skills and teamwork.
Readiness to work flexible retail shifts (8 work hours).
