Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Run the hotel's food and beverage service across the restaurant, bar and room service.
- Plan menus, pricing and promotions with the kitchen and management team.
- Manage stock, suppliers and controls for food, beverage and consumables.
- Lead, roster and train food and beverage staff to deliver consistent guest service.
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
- Control costs and food and beverage margins and report on performance.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Proven experience managing food and beverage operations in a hotel.
