The Fitter assembles, dismantles, repairs and maintains mechanical equipment at the Kingfisher field, using fitting tools and measuring instruments and following workshop safety procedures.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Assemble, dismantle, repair and maintain mechanical equipment.
Identify and use fitting tools including spanners, wrenches, hammers, micrometers and measuring instruments.
Read and apply basic mechanical drawings, measurements and engineering specifications.
Follow workshop safety procedures and use personal protective equipment.
Work under supervision and follow instructions.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Certificate, diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Skills & Competencies:

Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, tools and machinery.
Understanding of basic mechanical drawings and measurements.
Familiarity with workshop safety and PPE.
Basic English communication.
Willingness to learn.
