• The Financial and Credit Analyst provides rigorous financial analysis, forecasting and credit management support to strengthen the hospital’s financial performance, protect revenue and guide sound decisions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CFA, ACCA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in financial analysis, credit management or related finance roles.
• Hospital or healthcare experience is preferable but not mandatory.
• Advanced skills in Excel, financial modelling and reporting or BI tools; experience with ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of credit risk assessment and receivables management.
